A topic that was mentioned several times was leadership - what is interprofessional leadership? Is it different from usual leadership methods? What does it mean in your context? Is there an cultural aspect to it?
Comments, reflections etc would be appreciated. Perhaps this could become an EU funding bid for INHWE next year.

In Brazil the IPE are starting. But, in the city of São Paulo we are implementing a Health Workforce Education Observatory. The city São Paulo is representative of many metropolitan areas in Brazil. We believe that our works may apply in the other places. It would be interesting to plan work on interprofessional leadership.
