The registration fees include VAT and taxes relating to the Congress, admission to all sessions, refreshments, working material and charges.

PhD Student: Upon registration, you must provide proof of full-time student status.
Please double check all data before submitting your registration. As soon as your registration submission is processed you will receive an automatic message followed by a payment invitation. Upon receipt of both the automatic message and the payment invitation, you aren't registered yet. Registrations will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Payments should be made by bank transfer and/or TransferWise https://transferwise.com/ for credit/debit cards. Please clearly indicate your name and/or registration code as a reference on all bank transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registered delegates can cancel their registration as per the following terms and conditions: Cancellations received before Monday 04 March 2019 at 23.59 CET will not be subject to a cancellation fee (full reimbursement). Cancellations received before Monday 01 April 2019 at 23.59 CET will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We regret that no refund requests will be accepted for payments received after Monday 01 April 2019 at 23.59 CET. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the International Network for Health Workforce Education by email. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Substitutions of delegates attending the event may be accepted upon receipt of a written request to be submitted to the International Network for Health Workforce Education.
