Presentation Protocol: please stick to the following guidelines in the preparation of your presentation.
Presentation Platform: Zoom
Zoom is a platform designed to offer complete Unified Communications maintaining High-Quality Standards. Web Conferencing platform enables Video and Voice Communications to take place through the Internet Browser with Peer Participants and relevant Session Chairs, which allows to seamlessly join meetings with zoom software or zoom application in a web browser.
All presentations must be in English and will be presented live in real time. Presenters have a fixed time for giving their presentation. For the presentation of Abstracts and/or Short Papers the total time slot will be 15 minutes. The team of facilitators might contact the abstracts' authors to know more about their background and to find out who will be presenting. Also the INHWE staff invites all presenters to a catch-up & test call before the event on Monday 30th August 2021 (a separate email will be sent to all presenters). Should you be unable to access the test call, please contact us at matteo.vezzosi@inhwe.org
