The Second HEROES EU Policy Dialogue will take place on Thursday 26th March 2026 in Brussels as a hybrid event titled "What comes next? Strengthening health workforce data for future-ready systems in Europe"

The policy-focused dialogue is free to attend and will explore solutions to key challenges affecting the quality, availability, and use of health workforce data, and examine how improved planning and data integration can support sustainable and resilient healthcare systems. Discussions will also address the potential creation of a unified European Health Professionals' Registry and its links to the European Health Data Space, in the context of digital transformation, evolving workforce needs, and new models of care.
