I would be really interested in hearing how Compassionate leadership or Values based Leadership styles are implemented ( or not!) internationally? Certainly Compassionate leadership is topical in the UK presently with the King's Fund resources and here in Wales within health and social care. I have recently competed a review of evidence on this area, hoping it will be published with colleagues in Australia and here in Cardiff, and it would be great to find out if there is any research in this area you are doing or if these styles are being adopted within healthcare organisations globally?
