ENDA 2019 - The Future, Leadership and Changes

The 14th ENDA Congress will take place at Helsinki Congress Paasitorni in Helsinki, Finland from 12 to 14 September 2019.

The event is organized by the Union of Health and Social Care Professionals, Tehy in collaboration with European Nurse Directors Association (ENDA), HUS (Helsinki University Hospital), University of Eastern Finland and Laurea University of Applied Sciences. The Congress is a forum for Nurse Directors and Nurse Leaders from all around to Europe to share practical experience and evidence from latest research. The Congress is also an opportunity to discuss the challenges of leadership and management within the European health care systems. Congress will be an excellent opportunity to enhance and strengthen your knowledge for improving nursing care. In addition to the proficient keynote presentations, oral presentations from various countries will be heard during the conference as well as a poster exhibition.
