The workshop will discuss the importance of intercultural competences and communication in the professional-patient relationship. Furthermore, InterHealth’s mobile application on ethnologicalperspective and diverse illness-perceptions of patients will be demonstrated. The session will incorporate a breeding ground for networking and exchange of good practices on providing healthcare services to people coming from diverse cultural backgrounds.
