EUPHA Webinar, Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 16h CET
On Wednesday 6th April 2022 at 16h CET, the European Public Health Association (EUPHA) hosts a webinar to discuss major issues in the EU's approach to reach better integration of community and long-term care services.
"Poorly integrated health and social care services and a lack of trans-sectoral coordination models are major health system problems. Many healthcare workers are faced with the challenges of closing existing institutional gaps and mitigating policy failures in their day-to-day practices. They are continuously walking the walk between the health and social care sectors, thus playing an important role in building bridges for better integration and coordination of care. What to learn from these experiences on the challenges, chances and needs of trans-sectoral work?".
The event is jointly organised by the European Pubic Health Association section ‘Health Workforce Research (EUPHA-HWR) and Center for Health Workforce Research and Policy, Department of Public Health, Babeș-Bolyai University Cluj-Napoca, Romania. No registration required for this event. Further info: https://eupha.org/repository/sections/hwr/webinar%20Cluj-EUPHA-HWR%20final.pdf
