We are delighted to offer INHWE Members an exciting opportunity to support you with developing your research idea into an outstanding Erasmus+ proposal for the forthcoming March 2023 deadline.

In order to support your work, we have teamed up with Outstanding Research Grants (an organisation specialising in research grants across Europe) to secure five Strategic Grant Reviews free of charge for our members. Strategic Grant Reviews involve your research proposal being read by an experienced research grant specialist, who gives you targeted feedback and support for submitting a proposal of the highest possible quality. In addition to this, INHWE is also offering to support proposals by assisting with consortium building and proposal management.

How to apply: If have an idea for the upcoming Erasmus+ deadline and would like your proposal to benefit from this valuable offer, we invite you to apply for this opportunity by submitting your brief project outline to INHWE by Sunday 15 January 2023 via the following page: https://inhwe.org/erasmus-strategic-review-application

Selection: INHWE and Outstanding Research Grants will select the five successful submissions which show the most promise and notify participants before Sunday 22 January 2023. After this selection INHWE will support you with meeting the deadlines below and building your project consortium.

First Round Review: You must submit a full draft by Sunday 12 February 2023. Dr. Natalie Papanastasiou from Outstanding Research Grants will review every section of your draft proposal. Part of this review will involve assessing the project’s key arguments, methodology, and overall framing to ensure that the ‘big picture’ of the proposal is exactly right. Natalie will provide detailed written feedback and recommendations, as well as a Zoom call to discuss this feedback in depth.

Second Round Review: A reviewed version of the draft proposal must be submitted before Sunday 26 February 2023. Natalie will once again review your draft and provide recommendations that focus on ensuring that all parts of the proposal are connected, and that there is a consistent narrative throughout. She provides written feedback and offers a further Zoom call with you if necessary.

Final Submission: Submission must be made via the Erasmus+ portal before the official deadline (dates to be confirmed). Submissions are the sole responsibility of the applicant.

If you would like to apply, you will need to satisfy the following eligibility criteria:
