Agora Session 1
The Agora sessions are designed as fast-paced, highly interactive exchanges inspired by the open forums of Ancient Greece. Presenters deliver concise 5-minute talks using a single slide with the aim of sparking dynamic discussion and shared reflection rather than traditional presentations. The sessions will be piloted in Dublin as a testing ground for using the format in Cyprus at ATBH XII. The Agora sessions fittingly echo the origins of Stoicism (the primary theme of ATBH 2027) which emerged in the Agora under the στοά (stoa), a specific painted archway in the ancient Agora which was used as a place of dialogue, learning and collective inquiry.
